Yes! We do accept walk-in appointments. However, please keep in mind that we strongly encourage booking your appointment(s) online, as our nail technicians have a high volume of clientele. We can't wait to Wowww you soon!
Failure to show for an appointment, or failure to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour period, your deposit left at the time of booking will be forfeited. A deposit is only refundable when a client cancels 48 hours or more in advance of the appointment date.
We do not allow guests or children in the salon. Only patrons aged 9 years+ are permitted inside the salon, (9-15 year old patrons must be with a parent or guardian). All other guests/children must wait outside of the salon. Thank you.
This is a card only establishment, we do not accept cash. Cash can only be used to tip your nail technician. The online booking website (Vagaro) only accepts card payments as well.
If you arrive 10+ minutes late for your appointment, your deposit left at booking will be forfeited. We are very strict with our client's time/schedule and cannot afford to push anyone's appointment back due to another client's tardiness. Thank you.
We do not offer soak off/removal services. Please always arrive for your appointments with your bare nails, with the exception of when you are getting a refill. If you do arrive with powder/acrylic/material on your nails from another salon, your service will be denied and you can re-book for another day, or forfeit your deposit left at booking.
Yes, there is free (limited) parking in the back of the nail salon. If that is not available, please park on the street or garage lot directly behind the nail salon. Both garage and street parking are metered. Please refer to the street signage for parking instructions. Thank you.
No, all appointments must be made online or if you walk into the physical salon location. We do not allow appointments by phone, as we do not want to collect your credit card number over the phone, which is needed to secure your booking. Booking online also ensures that you review all salon policies, before coming into the establishment. Thank you.
No, we do not offer pedicure services at Wowww Nails. All services that we offer can be found on the "Services" tab.
You must book all services desired at the time of booking. If you forget to add a service, you must cancel your current appointment and re-book for all of the services you need. You will be refunded for the first booking and be required to leave another deposit, for the new booking. Please note, forgetting to book a service means your nail technician will not be able to complete your desired look, due to booking constraints. Thank you.
